At Celtic Kettlebells, we specialise in Functional Fitness Training using Kettlebells, Power bags, Ropes and Body Weight.


Kettlebells offer possibly the most versatile training available and can be used to improve Fitness, Strength, Power, Core, Mobility and Balance. They can be used by anyone, male or female, young or not so young.

 

Most of our clients are actually females that are looking to get fit, tone up without bulk and look fantastic. Saying that, Kettlebells are outstanding for men too. Tweak the training methods and you will increase size, strenght and power.

What do you want to achieve?

 

We don’t use machines or work out of stale and stuffy gyms. We get your body moving how it should, getting strong in a way you can utilise, getting you fit in an all round manner. We provide Personal Training, group classes for members of the public, and Kettlebell Workshops for Personal Fitness Trainers and corporate facilities.

 

Yes, we actually train Personal Trainers from all around the UK to use Kettlebells. Why do they come from all corners to train with us? Because we have learnt from the best Kettlebell trainers in the world. We are also the only Kettlebell Training provider in Wales to offer REPs accredited courses.
